Prior Official Founding
Prior to the official founding of B&K's Studio, Zike Bai and Yike Bai have created two video games that focus on mental development for autistic children in the year 2020-2021. Yike and Zike Bai were 7th Grade back then.
Although it did not become an official decision of starting B&K’s Studio, the game certainly served as the first milestone of starting something impactful that truly provides support to the autism community.
The Idea
B&K's Studio was founded based on an idea Yike and Zike had during a family re-unification in China. Yike and Zike, have an autistic cousin who is three years younger than them. Growing up, Yike and Zike know the kind of vulnerability that not only their cousin, but millions of other autistic children may face.
In 2023, Yike and Zike are eighth graders about to head into high school. They decided to start something that can truly create an impact, make a difference, build a bridge, and advocate for support.
Yike and Zike decided to start a non-profit organization that purely donated money to the autism community, which was later named B&K’s Studio.
Implementation
B&K's Studio started off with just Yike and Zike, who serve as the Co-Presidents. It was not easy.
Yike and Zike had a hard time thinking how they could create sales for donations.
It was until when they decided they could incorporate their creativity, artistic, into original designed products for sales.
It started fairly soon as they started creating artis, designing products, contacting manufacturers, etc.
Till today, originally designed products are one of the main uniqueness, and function of B&K’s Studio, and generating money for donations is B&K’s Studio’s largest mission each year.
Growth
Over the past years since founding, B&K’s Studio has experienced substantial, fundamental, and vital growths.

B&K’s Studio officially became a 501-(c)-3 non profit organization recognized by the United States Government.

B&K’s Studio started an International Department which focuses on bringing impact to a global stage.

B&K’s Studio started four United States Headquarter “Internal Departments” focuses on different criteria of work:

Marketing: Promoting our products.

Outreach: Reaching out of organization, coordinating B&K’s Studio outreach member to involve in community service, and volunteering work, etc.

Planning: Plan events.

Research: Conducting scientific research papers, focusing on scientific study fields to support autism communities, etc.

The B&K’s Studio International Department involves other B&K’s Studio members who create impact in other countries outside of the U.S.A. Each country that B&K’s Studio creates impact in, generally has an ambassador that first hand focuses on work there.
Today, B&K’s Studio has donated multi-thousands dollars to different criteria supporting the autism community, from poor special needs schools that generally need more fundings, to public schools, and to large Autism scientific/medical research institutions.
